1. Acceptance

By using Bouncer ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Bouncer does

Bouncer screens commands against known threat databases and performs security analysis. It is a screening tool, not a guarantee. Bouncer may miss threats or produce false positives. You are responsible for your own security decisions.

3. Accounts and billing

The free tier requires no account. The Cloud tier requires an account and a paid subscription. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Bouncer to test or distribute malware, abuse the API, or circumvent rate limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data and privacy

See Bouncer's Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it.

6. Limitation of liability

Bouncer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to security incidents that Bouncer fails to detect.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
